ONE432 is not responsible for missing packages once confirmed "Delivered" by our courier services. (USPS, UPS, DHL, Fedex)

Orders shipped to outside USA addresses sometimes incur an import duty fee, that would need to be paid by the recipient. 

As a small, indie brand, we request our customers to pay for return shipping to our NYC studio:

You may also personally drop off at our physical location at Artists & Fleas, Chelsea Market, New York City. This really helps us bear the cost of remaking and shipping internationally from Pakistan to you for any remakes and exchanges. Please do not send your purchase back to our Pakistan address. 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
